PDF Page Extractor
Extract page ranges (e.g. 1-3,5) from a PDF into a new file — local processing, no upload.
What this tool does
Pulls the pages you need out of a PDF and saves them as a new file. Page syntax is intuitive: 5 for a single page, 1-3 for a range, 1-3,5,8-10 to combine. Output preserves the original page quality — pages are copied directly without re-rendering, so text stays selectable rather than becoming an image.
Typical use cases
Grabbing just the signature page from a hundred-page scanned contract; extracting the bibliography from a thesis to send to an advisor; submitting only certain months of a bank statement; splitting one chapter out of a textbook PDF for tablet reading. The reverse works too: to “delete page N”, extract everything else.
Caveats
Pages are 1-based, matching the logical page numbers shown in PDF readers, not any numbers printed inside the document. Encrypted PDFs cannot be processed. Extraction preserves pages as-is, including annotations and form fields; for files with permission restrictions short of an open password, the tool processes what is readable.
