Turn multiple images into one PDF
Choose your JPG, PNG or WebP images, then drag the list or use the move buttons to put them in reading order. Each image becomes one PDF page. A4 and US Letter are available with portrait, landscape or automatic orientation. Fit image size uses 72 points per 96 image pixels before margins.
Images are centered and scaled proportionally to fit the printable area without cropping. Transparent regions are flattened onto white. The quality control changes the JPEG image embedded in the PDF, so compare fine text and details after downloading.
Local processing and limits
The files never leave your browser. Up to 20 images, 50 MB per file and 100 MB in total are accepted, with a 40-megapixel decoded limit per image. Large batches may take longer on a phone.
The PDF contains image pages, not selectable or searchable text. This tool does not perform OCR and does not preserve image metadata. For HEIC photos, convert them with HEIC to JPG first.
How to combine JPG or PNG images into one PDF
1. Choose up to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP images. Each file can be up to 50 MB, with 100 MB total and 40 megapixels per image.
2. Use the up/down buttons or drag the file list to arrange pages. Choose A4 or US Letter for consistent paper sizes, or Fit image size for pages proportional to each image.
3. Set margins in millimeters and JPEG quality, then select Run tool. Download images.pdf and check its page order and text readability.
Can I turn a scanned image into a searchable PDF?
This tool creates an image-only PDF, with one image per page. Text inside a scan is not converted into selectable or searchable text. Use an OCR tool separately if searchable text is required.
Does PNG to PDF keep transparency and original quality?
Transparent areas are placed on a white background. Each image is encoded as JPEG inside the PDF, including PNG and WebP input, so conversion is not lossless. Use a higher quality setting for fine text and inspect the downloaded PDF.
Can I combine HEIC photos or existing PDF files?
Convert HEIC photos to JPG first using HEIC to JPG below. To combine existing PDF documents, use PDF Merge. Neither changing a filename extension nor selecting a PDF in this image tool performs those conversions.
