How to repair a small area
Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP photo. Paint over a small distraction in the original preview, or enter a rectangle using percentage coordinates. Adjust the brush width in source-image pixels. Clear the selection if you cover too much, then process and compare the result before downloading PNG.
What results should I expect?
The eraser interpolates surrounding pixels; it does not use a generative AI model. It works best for a tiny spot on a wall, sky or other smooth background. Large objects, text over detailed patterns, faces and complex textures can leave blur. It cannot recover the real content that was hidden behind an object.
Limits and file handling
Each file must be at most 10 MB, 4,194,304 pixels and 4096 pixels on its longest side. Select less than 35% of the image; several small repairs are usually easier to assess than one large repair. Cancel stops the worker without generating a partial download. The output retains the input dimensions and is re-encoded as PNG; source metadata is not retained.
Does my photo leave the device?
The repair runs in a browser worker and does not send image bytes to a server. Opening the site still requires internet. Keep the original file and download any result you want to keep before leaving the page. For a transparent cutout, use Background Remover instead.
